problems registering.. PLEASE help!!

Some users are having problems registering for the forum. Here is a sample of the typical emails I will receive regarding this problem.

http://www.roicommunity.com/forum/register.php is the page before the page above. This page had the forum rules on it.

What is my next course of action? I'm only running a few plugins, none of which I believe are tied in with the login system. Here they are:

this is getting pretty frustrating...

I have been trying to Register for the ROIC Community. Trouble is that I am repeatedly returned to the registration page. My user name and email address are highlighted in yellow, but the password and password confirmation window are blank. When I fill in this info, I am returned to where I started. No matter how often I fill this in, I keep going back to square one.

I am not getting a error message per se but it is returning me to registration page after I fill out the form with all the information still filled in except the password field is blanked out. I tried using a more complex password which did not fix the problem. I have also tried a variety of different usernames thinking the one that I was choosing had already been taken.

Yeah thats what I thought too, the problem seems to be intermittent... i get 20-30 new successfull signups every day, and between 0-3 users aren't so successfull.
