ajax - approve moderated post with click

I wander if it might be possible that someone could make a mod to help speed up approving moderated post?

What I'd love to see, is when a staff member comes across a moderated post and approves it, they could just either double click the

image or maybe click it and have an option to approve or delete on the fly?

This would speed and simplify things.
