Hi -

I've created a product on my board. Using some code I found on this site, I managed to have the product include some templates and phrases. Everything works fine, and I update the templates in the product from time to time, install the product, and all is well.

However, when I completely uninstall the product, the templates still exist. The phrases that are in the product do not exist. Upon reinstall, the phrases come right back, and the templates are still there, as they should be.

Why does the uninstall not get rid of the templates that were installed by the product file?

you must add them to the MASTER ... you will need to enable debug mode if it isn't

Interesting. I don't have debug mode enabled, yet my Product installs the templates in all styles (just checked 'em all). If I just enable debug mode and install/uninstall, it will then cleanly uninstall the product?

Yes, as Princeton said, you need to enable Debug Mode, and then you will be given the option to add templates in the MASTER style and also associate the template with a product. When that product is uninstalled, its templates will be deleted as well.
