Hello,
i have done a skin for my forums and it seems i have removed something that allows the menus to open in Opera, because they are not working anymore.

I'm talking about the menus for thread tools, quick links, search, etc

Too see the problem just check www.webmastershelp.com with opera and try to open any of those menus.

Does anybody know how to fix this?.

Works fine for me. Maybe you accedently disabled javascript in your Opera settings?
