Switch or change admin - userid 1

What's the easiest way to do this?

I'm temporarily wanting to switch move my userid to another and make another user userid 1. I've read these threads:

The reason for this? Impex issues. The admin with one vb board is different than me (of course :P) and it wants to merge the old admin into me. I can't change the old admin (I only have a copy of the sql and files).

I figure the best way to fix this is to move my account, posts, etc. to another user ID and then promote the admin of the other site who is also a member, to userid 1 temporarily, do the import, and then switch back. Sounds great on paper.

Why does it matter what userid you are ?

Like most of the posts tell you, userid is just an internal reference, it has no meaning, but it would be much work to change an existing one as it appears in so many tables (about 50).

Why does it matter? Because when I do the import, the importing userid1 merges with my account, the target userid1. I cannot change this. That admin will merge with this admin, regardless of what choices I make on the import. I do not want the source's posts (association), private messges, etc., etc.. I want his information to stay intact with his account.
