What I cant figure out is why teh tcat wont collpase the theads. It does nothing.

I want the tcat to, when you click to collapse it, is minimize everything. You know what I mean?

I think you are missing a <tbody> somewhere near the top. You have a <tbody>, then a </tbody> and then another </tbody>. So you are ending the table without starting it.
