Fullsize Inline Attachment BB Code

Similar to how the [ATTACH ] attachment-id [/ATTACH ] BB code inserts
inline a thumbnail link to an image attachment and removes the thumb
from the Attached Thumbnails box at the post bottom, we would like to see
a BB code that inserts a fullsize image and also removes its thumb from
the Attached Thumbnails box.

Perhaps this function could be denoted as [ATTACHF ] attachment-id
[/ATTACHF ] or as [ATTACH=fullsize] attachment-id [/ATTACH].

This code would benefit those that wish to include both inline thumbnails and
fullsize images while formating and composing posts with images and
commentary.

I surfed about for a while looking for any mention of this but didn't find
anything related. Please let me know if you've seen anything in your travels
here that might result in a solution for this feature.
