Purchase the style that they use. Have no idea what the name of that particular style is, though.

Looks to me as though they have created that style. Its not an addon, more of an overwrite of the default.

Looks a little "Chestnut" ish

I know this is a late response to this thread, but that site is just using modified templates and CSS. Nothing really fancy there.

it probably also required coded modification of functions_forumlist.php

I dont think it would require any file modding... there is a small mod (template based iirc) that allows you to use CSS list properties for the subforum layout.
