I had my title called "Designer" did a staff remove it or do we get it automatic?

A modification or yours has probablly been deleted or taken off.
Either that or members have clicked "uninstalled on your releases

Ahh, I see, I still have the release and none of them have been deleted.

The titles are worked out automatically and staff have no effect on them. However, if you are close to the boundary that the system uses to work out the titles then an install or uninstall click can tip it either way.

Anybody's title can change especially when people are uninstalling modifications from one verison of vBulletin to install modifications for another version.
