I just recently downloaded and fully installed a style onto my vbulletin boards, and I was watning to change out the logo that came with it presetted, how would i be able to do that?

If the style came with a PSD file, then you can open them in Adobe Photoshop. Other than that, just right-click on the logo, this will give you the url to the logo, where you could change it if required to anything you like. Just edit the same image in the folder on your PC. And overwrite, the original one.

I just went to the Main CSS file and changed it from there. you'll have to upload YOUR header in the same folder as you style logo. In the Main CSS you can edit the setting for width/length and everything else.

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
