I'm sure this will seem a silly question to those who know the answer, but I've looked through my ACP and cannot find this option . . . On the bottom of this page (vB.0rg) there is a message stating the page generation time and queries used. At the moment I'm in desperate need of something to monitor these factors . . we're suffering from slow-downs and various "glitches" and the tech support claim it is due to "a ton of queries" when the pages load.
If this is an installable hack, or an option in the ACP, I've yet to find it - could someone point the way on this please? *Updated* Well I thought this would be an easy one to answer - this IS the ultimate VB resource isn't it? If the tool I need is on this site, and it doesn't appear on my ACP then surely someone can explain what to do? I'm using 3.5.4 btw. |

I believe what your wanting is "Microstats - load times, server loads, queries, uncached templates"

Thanks for the reply Harley D. I did find it in the end, and it turned out "a ton of queries" was actually only 13!
It seems my problems were due to the infrequency of database optimization :ermm: Due to the hacks we have installed, it needs to be done quite often. All sorted now - thanks again. |
