It's not working properly, i'm walking into threads randomly and finding i had a response 15 minutes ago, it's making it impossible to provide efficient support.

'Instant' is entirely dependant on how busy the mail system is, not something any of us can check...

any chance on tweaking the system to prioritise hack authors in their release threads as opposed to one system fits all?
