Need some help..

I have a vb license ect... I try to go to vb to download the 3.6.1 version I type in my info that it requests but it does not work any ideas? I also requested an email to just to make sure I type in the proper customer number and password and they are correct...

And also is it really necessary to upgrade to vb3.6.1? Im a newbie so not too familiar on upgrading and what about all my mods and templates to I have to reedit everything again?
