hey everyone

i was thinking of this just the other day.

Is there anyway that one can directly reply to a post, but instead of typing, one can directly record his voice into an integrated VOICE recording system that enables users to listen to the reply

i think that would be a great idea, even for those who want to reply with a long response

can this mod be done????

thats its not forum byt RADIO

You need MANY MBs of hard disk to save the files.i thing its possible byt its better user upload the own file and with simple BBCODE to add it one one player on to the post!

(User record the message on his computer and then upload it)
After user post it in to your forum with player bbcode like [player]htt://mp3.mp3/mp3file.mp3[/player]

EASY WAY...

First fint the hack that can add one player with bbcode to your posts..
I have fint one before byt i dont remember were
Then
make an annouchment that inform user about...code etc..

I have see one site with this thing its good byt members with slow connection cannot hear the message

There is alreay a custom made forum which does that.
I already mentioned voice replies at vbulletin but they also do not consider that as an option in future versions. What a shame. Some forum will eventually pop out with that feature & I'll be the first one who is going to switch.
