That's shown "flipped" around on the top of a thread, but when you get to the bottom, it only shows ? Previous Thread | Next Thread ?.

How do I get that shown in the picture on the bottom of a thread?

See how in this thread on the bottom it shows:

I dont want to have to scroll to the top again to get back to:
