When you register for an account at Sprintusers.com it gives you an option to pick either a standard account or Premium Membership - how is this done?

I'm not talking about the table either, it's the actual registration page where you enter your desired username and such.

have you asked the admins at that site this question?...they might tell you if no one here knows...it could possibly be a custom hack.
