Looking to change the color of the scroll bar and border. Anyone know where i can make these changes.

Currently using VB 3.5.4. but will be upgrading at some time to 3.6 so i will need an answer for both versions if possible.

The borders are the fieldset.

Go into the Style Manager for your skin, and towards the bottom you'll see the "Additional CSS Definitions"..

Just find the .fieldset class and give it a border.

Scrollbars are styled in the body of the CSS.. BUT, they only work in IE, which also means that it is not Valid CSS.

Anyways, there's sort of a lot to explain for the scrollbars, so I'll just do a quick google search...
