Button generator for sites and blogs with referrers ID

I would like to have a banner/button generator to put on my board so users could choose a image or banner, and put their site. Then a text box will let users to copy/paste their buttons or banner in their foruns, signatures, sites and boxes.

Features:
- Users will select if they have site or not. If they have they will receive a referrer ID link that identifies the user and URL of his site.
Although if the user don't has a site it will create a button/banner with his referrer ID link.
- Stats about the ID's and sites created by users.

Anyone knows a similar mod like this? Or a alternative way to do it?
