Divide Forum in different Community Parts

I am searching for a Hack, that totally divides the forum into different community parts with seperate search and new posts functions but I want some forums to be for all seperate parts like the off topic forum.

Subforums and forum links are not working like how I want it.

Has anybody an Idea?
