Missing you on 'Oursite'

Hello ,
I am a member of Artsig and Photosig ... these two sites email me after about a week I do not enter the site this email sent automatically to my Inbox :

And definitvely this email is very effective for me to surf their site again ... and if this messages had not recieved these sites has forgotten in my mind 2 years ago.

... So ... Is there any hack like this to email users every certain time after their last leave of the site Automatically ?

I've found the (SEND EMAIL TO USERS) by its features ... But I am not sure can it be automated or not .
