I created some subforums in a few of the sections on my board like so.....
Category 1 -Sub Forum 1 -Sub Forum 2 I didn't want people posting in "Category 1", so I set "Act as Forum" in the ACP to no. When I did that, it changed the whole look of it. Does anyone know how to make it a category, but still look like the rest of the forum??? |

Edit Category1 and set:
Act as Forum to NO (making it a category) Forum is open to NO (keeping people from posting messages in a category) Change Parentforum to NONE That should give you a standard category. If that doesn't "look" right to you then just set it back the way you had it and change Forum is open to NO (keeping people from posting messages in a category). |
