hai friend...how to make this icon in usergroup manager?
icon is above in username....i can make this...anyone know?

AdminCP => Usergroups => Usergroup Manager => Add a new usergroup/Edit an existing usergoup => Add it to the second field of "Username HTML Markup"

Add it with HTML ofcourse, so for example (alt tag necessary for W3C compliance):
