I have uploaded thr PHP to my root and I have also uploaded the xlm file using Admin CP however all the shoutbox says is loading and nothing happens can anyone help

Have a look in the vBShout release thread. Someone else may have had the same problem, so you should find the solution there. You are always best to ask for support with a modification in the release thread for it.

as in the thread where you download the mod as there is over 100 Pages on that thread ;o

Yes, that thread. I know it is long but there are a number of bug fixes to common bugs usually located in the release threads.
