Last post / most active / in general & for threads

I've had some look here, but can't find it..

I'm looking for hacks (or php-code) that displays:

- lastest posts (selectable how many)
- most active threads

Both for the entire board, but also to use for selected forums.

If anyone knows code like this, or where I can get closer looks, please let me know.

My Last XX Posts hack in my sig should work for your first request, and it could be modified to do your second reqeust.
