Newbie question

Hi guys i don't know if this is the correct thread to post this but I dont found better place and i don't foun in any forum the answer.

I would add a box for sponsors in my portal with small banners of each one, like in a block, is any hack or plugin for that? I don't mean to have a banner management , i already have it, what i want is a fixed block of sponsors in my main page like here http://www.scrapbookbrasil.com/ is a brazilian website if you scroll a view in the left side you will see there the box PATROCINADORES and if you click on the bottom link you goes here http://www.scrapbookbrasil.com/patroc/ where you have a special page for Sponsors.

How can i do the same? I don't found any hack or plugin about. If i make my own html page how can i add it?
