v3.5 Default Style (Child Style Multiple Colors)
I'm looking around to see if anyone has made a Child Style for the Default style but just changes in color?
Basicaly I would like to keep the Default Style the way it is inlcuding all the buttons, but have the colors change. Has anyone run across anything like this and for v3.5.x |

Seems like The Inheritence Example is what you're looking for.

I found a bunch of them made by vBulletin-Fans.com but the description says for v3.0.3 You guys think they would work for v3.5.x ?
http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118649 I downloaded a couple and looked at how they were made and I realise now that simply changing colors is not enough the buttons have to be recolored to match the style. So what you think can I use the v3.0.3 styles with v3.5? |

There are some styles made for 3.0 that have worked with 3.5x versions. Have you come across button sets in the colors you want?

Yes the above mentioned package does come with Buttons to match the colors.
I will try and import one of them in and see what happens. Worst case scenario if they dont work I will have to get my elbows dirty and convert them to 3.5 in which I case I can re-post them for those interested. |
