New thread drop down link on forumhome?

Hi peeps

What i am after is a dropdown list on the forumhome (for admin only, ok so im lazy)
thats shows all the forums and when a forum is clicked it takes you straight to
creating a new thread for that forum/section?
Perhaps this can be in the navbar, again for admin only?

I have had a look at the original forum jump but it looks a little over my head

Any thoughts peeps
