I am running a board that I have set to not allow un approved users to access any of the messages. However after moving the site to a new host I found that there were "guests" on the board that appeared to be viewing messages. I upgraded vbulletin to the newest version and checked my settings, even did tests, and I'm still getting "guests" that appear to be accessing my board.
the website is http://scrapbiz.com/sbmb/ Can someone please help me figure out if these people are really accessing my site? Here is a screen shot ![]() |

Are you running adsense banners or anything similar that the ads are based off content?

I'm not using any ads that are based on content. I'm not allowing search engines in either.
I did discover that the bottom ip address is actually that of one of the users. So I was wondering if it is possible that the user was viewing the thread and was logged out when the session ran out, and then appeared to be a guest viewing the thread? Thanks |

It's possible that users could click a link in an email notification and get the logged out message. But, no matter how the guest is getting there, you can rest assured they do not see the content. The stop sign indicates that they received the no permission page.
