Default CRANDOM; who uses it on 3.5.4
I'm having some problems getting the crandom hack to run on my 3.5.4 forum.
I need to ad some code to phpinclude_start, but 3.5.4 is not using it anymore and I need to use a global hook plugin or something.

But I'm not sure how to do it.
