Have a different index page that forwards to forumindex

Hey,
I am looking to make the first page of my site a different page than the forumindex, it will still be part of the vbulletin system just as you can make additional pages, but I want to make that the first page visitors go to.

I dont really want a portal script unless its very simple and free.
