[req] bullet or button open thread in new window

hi,
I was using a hack for the ol vb versions(2.xx), it puts a bullet or little button next to the tread title that enables the user (optionally) to open the thread in new window without using the right mouse click for that..

-- addition to that (now) we need something that opens all links in the forum ( optionally ) in new window

...

I serached for 3.5.xx but nothing in here..

anyone plz?
