does anyone know how to get the term of a post?
for example: I have a custom page called "news.php" and this page get the terms of a post (example post id=1) ??? if news.php?show=1 => this page shows the term of showthread?t=1 (or showpost.php?=1 ) |

I'm not sure what the heck a TERM is but sounds like you are trying to do exactly what the NEWS feature of the free vbadvanced.com script does. You can possibly use vbadvanced or just look at how they do it with their code and modfy it accordingly for your custom page that you got.
