Lurker time out MOD?!

Ok I am not sure if there is one, or even what its called to search it for.

But as we have a lot of lurkers on, and I was wondering if there is a MOD that gives them a time out message, if they been on to long or to many time per day, message saying, you can register but your lurker time is up or something?
