Default rar and readme
2 questions actually.

1. Where can I get a rar image for the attachment gif?

2. Anyone know of a hack or plugin that can put a readme file into each file uploaded for atttachment if its in a compression for? I'm using rar/zip/7z for extensions I can accept. Thanks.
