Anyone know if it would be possible to build a hack that allows you to set which postbit you wanted to use on a per forum basis instead of on a global basis? I have some special forums I'd like to use the new postbit on but for the rest of my forums I'd prefer to use the legacy postbit.

Just create a child style for your current style. Then in that child set a different postbit.

Now set this new style as style for the forum you want to have changed.
