Quick Thread Tools Question

I've upgraded to 3.5.2, and i reverted all of my templates however im having one issue.

When you view any threads, just like on vbulletin.org here it has the Thread Tools, Search and what not in the upper right hand of the thread that are drop downs.

Some how my forum just puts all of the display options, search, etc.. at the bottom of all the threads. I've went through setting by setting in the ACP and cannot find out how i turn these drop downs back on.

This is also the same situation for "Forum Tools" when viewing a specific forum section.

Does this post make sense? Hopefully someone can help, thanks guys!

Create a new Style with no Parent and try it again.

This is a new style with no parent... All of the JS for the drop downs are there but they're not active...

I can see if i just reverted back to the original style default template that it would work... is there a particular setting for this?

All of the thread tools are neatly listed at the bottom of each thread so surely there is a setting to turn that off?
