VBB 3.0 help with some modes

I'm sorry if this thread doesn't belong in here, I didn't know where else to post it.

about my problems:

I'm looking for some modes (I searched this forum, but I didn't find what I'm looking for), if you can help me find them in here it'll be great and I'll be very thankful:

1) A mode that will show me the logs of what the super moderators/moderators did, everything, like banned someone or deleted someone's post or even edited someone's post/poll.
Everything they do must be logged.

2) DB (Data Base) info (that part I didn't get very well, I will fill you in later, I'm helping the site's owner with that and he didn't elaborate so much on that issue)

3) User's gallery, with a user's option to add a pic or two of himself/herself to the gallery.

4) I need a mode that will allow me to manage attached files. I need it to allow me to delete files that aren't used for a certain ammount of time (that I set).

Are there any modes like that? if so, can you please link me to them?
