I have a couple people time to time request to have their account deleted as well as their posts. Probally because their GF or Wife is mad at them (since my site is a woman/car site) I find it a pain to edit each post and remove message. I noticed in AdminCP that you can delete all users PMs , is there a way to mass delete all users posts on the board?

Yes. When you delete a user, you are given that option.
