Default File Uploader/Downloader/Organizer ?
Just wondering if anyone can recomend a hack, module, program or script that will allow me to offer downloads on my website?
Ive searched the forums and Im sorry if this has been discussed before but I am fairly new to this and some of the threads I got in the search didnt make sense.

Basically I need a backend that I can manage descriptions and such for the file, and then I need a way to offer multiple files for download to the public.
I can FTP the files and use links if necessary, but would be nice to have a complete package.
