Would be great to have a code mod version, but a js version would be nearly just as good

I have a plugin installed for this, which I ported from a 3.0 version I wrote for our site ages ago. However, I've never released it because I'm sure someone else already has.

Search for 'reputation reason' and you find the released plugin. Mine is more or less the same (mine uses a phrase, the released one does not, that's pretty much it really).
