Pretty simple problem really. It's not working.

Enable Thumbnails : Yes
GD Version: GD 2+ Detected GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
Image Verification Library: GD
Image Processing Library: GD
Generate PNG Thumbnails: No

I've rebuilt the thumbnails over and over. Nothing's working. Help!

Just note that I'm referring to when you put [img]http://site.com/image.jpg[/img] in a post it shows up as a thumbnail rather than the actual attachments that you upload.

Try:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Attachment Options ->

Set Enable Thumbnails to No
