I know it is possible but do I have to make my avatar's a SWF file to get it to work. If that be the case would I need to do alot of editing to image upload to get it to work?

You'd simply have to edit the filters to allow .swf files to pass. This is a security risk, not to mention that multiple avatars giving off sound won't sound to good in places like threads.

I do not want people to have the ablilty to upload thier own avatars but just use what is on hand, plus it will be a mouseover effect not on page load. I not going to drive people away by having by having it on auto when you view threads. That will be silly.
