anyone know exactly where the "Blank ASCII Character Stripper" is? I've looked through the whole admincp>>vbulletin options and didn't find it.

You can view All option at once, and search for it.

AdminCP/vBulletin Options/Censorship Options/Blank ASCII Character Stripper
