I have searched a few times read through the forums what feels like a million times and I would be amazed if this doesnt exist. I have seen it for another version but not 3.0.6 or anything in the 3.0.0's

Is there a hack that will create a new thread and welcome a new member automatically?

If so anyone know where?

Ha ha... yeah it happens, I know from experience that it's often hard to find hacks you know exist.
