There are times when I need the ability to determine what a user has been doing during a given time frame. I usually know ahead of time that I want to do this, but there are no tools available that allow me to track this.

I'd like to see a plugin/modification that allows an admin to "track" a user. This would be set by the userid, and could be for a specified time period or indefinite. The modification would also track all actions on the site, including whether PMs were read or not.

Ideally, this would be something accessable only to the SuperAdmin designated individuals.
