Sub forum links open in new window?

I am putting a 'links forum' on my site with forums acting as links (Using the link redirection thing, sure you know what I mean) but I would like the link to open in a new window, how would I do this?

I know I asked this before but it wouldnt let me bump the topic, I have asked over at the .com board too but no reply in days either, someone must know?
