Just edit the 'navbar' template.

Look in your navbar template. There should be existing links there already coded. Simply copy them, paste it afterwards, and alter the URL and link name. Do you wish to link to an on-site (so part of the forum) link or somewhere completly different? The way you input your URL will differ then, and I can explain that to you further.
