Hello, i wanted to restrict super moderators from posting stickies in certain forums.
i have checked the file functions.php and the function called can_moderate() but i understood that in this function i can only restrict super moderators from editing threads because i dont know the variable of the Do=>"posting stickies".

can you please help me?

There is no special permission for stick/unstick yet, it is contain in canmanagethreads.
However, Supermods by defaul have all Moderator Permissions and there is no way to restrict this.
But you might want to take a look at my Restrict Supermod Permissions Hack.

The other way is to say - "Hey supermods. Don't post stickies."
