Is there a template/style for this?
Sorry, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I couldn't find a "How do I..." forum here. In any case, I just upgraded from v2 to v3 of vB and one thing my users are complaining about is how the threads are now displated (I believe this is the showthread template). In any case, where as before the username, details, post count, avatar, etc. was on the left side bar, now it's on top of the post and users think it's too busy...I agree. Heck, even this forum has it on the left.
Here's an example using vB 3 of what I'm referring to: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=181337 How do I change this or is there a template/style I can use to make this change. TIA!! |

you can change this in your vb options setting in your admin cp under style and language settings at the bottom you will see this Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template simply change to yes and you have your old style postbit back
