how to convert vb2 skin to vb3

I'm currently using Utopia skin on one vb2 forum, the author does not plan to make vb3 version
so, i guess i'll have to do that on my own, please give me some directions........?

its not hard to convert to vb3 because of the new css system

i myself have already converted it
but i can't distribute it due to the copyright of the style

my skin will require a lot of work to change back to default utopia skin as it has many changes for me site

it will be better for you to convert it for yourself
